Dr. Jon Santiago joins Charles Street Strategies after serving as Massachusetts’ first-ever Secretary of Veterans Services under Governor Healey. In that role, he stood up the Commonwealth’s veterans cabinet secretariat and led the turnaround of an underperforming agency. He also secured landmark legislative wins and a record budget increase for the agency. Dr. Santiago previously served as a Massachusetts State Representative from Boston and continues to practice as an emergency medicine physician.
